This book has been translated from the original in Albanian that the author published two years ago, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the first national Albanian stamp, entitled "History of Albanian Philately", with which he was awarded the Golden Medal in the Balkan Philatelic Exhibition organized in Vidin, Bulgaria in May 2014. The English edition is designed by Deltaprint Studio. The publication in Mediaprint Printing House was supported by the Albanian Post, to whom the writer, as stated also in the book, expresses deep gratitude.
